Series 1928 $20 Gold Certificate in VF condition. Gold Certificates were used in the United States between 1882-1933. When the U.S. no longer followed the gold standard in 1933, gold certifictates were removed from circulation.

The paper has some crispness remaining and only a few vertical folds that are slightly noticeable down the center and horizontal folds across the middle. Small creases are visible on the upper corners. The margins are well centered. The edges have some signs of wear but no major problems. The note has a small spot near the upper right margin. Overall this is an eye-appealing example.
