Mintage: 4,192,000

A just-miss Mint State example, with light lavender toning on the obverse, and a practically all-white reverse. Scattered hairlines and small abrasions are visible in the obverse fields. The reverse displays much cleaner surfaces, although two small carbon spots are visible above DOL. A die crack runs beneath Liberty’s right foot to Star 13, and a diagonal raised die lump extends from the sixth horizontal line on the shield to the fifth set of vertical lines.
