This choice low-grade circulated example of this key date in the "CC" quarter series possesses everything you'd expect for the grade, and then some. It's got great detail remaining and the surfaces aren't all cut up and marked. All letters in LIBERTY are visible as are some of the horizontal lines in the heraldic shield on the reverse. The color is not the typical steel-grey that's so common on circulated silver type coins, but instead is a light shade of mauve, or dark reddish-brown. Overall, a very pleasing coin for the grade.
