A very pleasing Circulated example of the third scarcest date in the "CC” Seated dollar series. The surfaces display traces of luster and the detail on the devices is close to XF-40. PCGS must have downgraded this piece due to slight weakness on the letters in the shield. Like so many circulated "CC" type coins, this piece has been lightly cleaned, though it does not detract from the eye appeal in any way.
