This piece displays a lovely orange-bronze color that glares with shimmering luster. The obverse, in fact, is almost fully red in color. The reverse is veiled in a warmer magenta-brown haze. The surfaces are relatively free of contact marks, with one small cut to the left of OF on the obverse. A small circle is visible on the Indian’s cheek, where the original bright orange surface shines through, in contrast to the exquisite layer of orange-bronze skin covering the obverse.
