This variety displays one of the most dramatic examples of doubling on any U.S. coin. The word LIBERTY, the motto, and the date all show extreme signs of doubling. The overall appearance of the coin itself is bright and fiery orange. Several small contact marks are scattered across the obverse. The reverse is virtually mark-free. A truly beautiful specimen.
