This commemorative half dollar is so abundant with positive features that some collectors might agree to sell their right foot to get it (well maybe not to that extreme). The obverse is bright white, with only the faintest cream-colored haze resting over Boone’s ear. The portrait is clearly defined against the fields, and the luster is radiant. On the reverse, the image depicting Boone and Chief Black Fish in front of Boonesboro, and a rising sun is shown in its full glory. If you love flashy commemoratives, this is the coin for you!
