Both sides of this commemorative are veiled in a beige haze, giving it a translucent appearance. The obverse portrait of Maryland Colony founder, Cecil Calver, is sharp. The fields are mostly free of contact marks. The reverse strike is bold, giving the “arms of Maryland” incredible detail.
