This “beardless” Lincoln commemorative has steel-grey and burnt-brown-colored haze that veils both sides of the coin, giving it an “antique” look. This haze seems to accentuate much of the detail on the coin, especially the eagle’s feathers. Although the coin may appear ancient at arm’s length, overall, this piece displays detail deserving of the MS-64 grade.
