This lovely example of a first-year issue is stunning in appearance. It is totally un-toned, with stark contrast between the portrait and other raised devices and the fields. It displays radiant luster, which complements the silvery-grey color. One small mark in front of Ms. Liberty’s nose is the only one worth mentioning.
