Brilliant luster and needle sharp details separate this piece from other examples of the date. The reverse displays a very thin veil of beige-colored haze that in no way detracts from the coin'seye appeal.

PCGS has graded 89 1917-S Type 1 quarters MS-65FH, with about 50 higher. Very few of the MS-65s will match the quality of the coin offered here.
