This 1881-CC GSA silver dollar displays attention-grabbing eye appeal. Its surfaces on both sides glisten with frosty-white luster. Contact marks are sparingly scattered across both sides; Lady Liberty’s face is exceptionally clean. If it were not for one insignificantly small and thin vertical graze on the central left obverse field (to the left of Liberty’s nose) and a small diagonal scratch on the central right reverse field below the eagle’s lower right wing, this captivating specimen would warrant the MS-67 grade.
